Europe is full of stunning churches and cathedrals, each with its own charm. From frescoed churches in Florence to rock-hewn chapels in Greece, and from stained-glass sanctuaries in France to tiny seaside shrines in Cornwall, there is something for every traveller.
Travelers are invited to share their favourite discoveries, whether it is a small rural chapel or a grand city cathedral. The tip should describe the experience and location in about 100 words.
The best tip of the week will win a £200 voucher for a stay at a Coolstays property, with more than 3,000 options worldwide. Winning tips will also appear online and in the travel section.
If you have a photo of the church or cathedral, please send it along. However, entries will be judged on the strength of the words alone.
The competition is open only to UK residents. Participants must be 18 or older. You may submit your entry anonymously if preferred.
