Daniella Weiss is a 79-year-old woman. She is known for her strong views and actions. She sees the word “occupation” as a proud title. For her, Gaza is land given by God. She thinks Palestinians are just a problem that will go away.

Daniella is a leader of Jewish settlers. Many call her the “Godmother” of illegal settlements. She has made life very hard for Palestinians. Her work feels like a storm hitting their homes.

On May 23, Middle East Eye shared an interview with her. She spoke about removing Palestinians and building new Jewish homes on their land. She lives in an illegal settlement in the West Bank. Daniella says God sent her there as a Jew. She calls Zionism her life’s great goal.

In 50 years, she helped start 141 settlements and more than 200 outposts. She also wants to prepare Gaza for new settlements in the future.

Her words shock many people. She said war crimes are small crimes. She said Palestinians will leave Gaza on their own. “If they don’t get food, they will go,” she said quietly.

Her talk has caused trouble for her. The UK put her under sanctions. This is because she promotes stealing land and violence. Her group, Nachala Settlement Movement, has started plans to build in Gaza.

In January, her group held a meeting. They showed maps of new settlements. They also asked for Palestinians to leave Gaza. Daniella even visited northern Gaza. The army helped her go there. She looked at old settlement lands.

Her past is also full of violence. In the 1980s, she was part of many attacks. Human rights groups warned about her. But she stays firm in her views. For her, war is a chance. Settlements mean winning.

She was once called the “Queen of the Knesset Cafeteria.” She talked often with Israeli lawmakers. Two of them are now powerful ministers. Their names are Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich. Both are part of Israel’s far-right government.

Daniella does not sing or act. But when she speaks, she says people laugh like it is a comedy show. Still, behind the laughs is a serious plan. She wants to remove a whole group of people.

She said, “Arabs will disappear from Gaza. It may take one year or three years. But it will happen.”

Her words are not empty. Her actions show she means it. She turned hate into plans. These plans change laws and hurt many lives.

Daniella Weiss is a name many Palestinians fear. Some see her as a hero. But her victory comes with pain. It hurts people who lived on the land for a long time.

In a place full of fights and hate, Daniella stands tall. Some call her brave. Others call her cruel. One thing is sure—her story is not over.

She keeps working for what she believes. And many watch to see what will come next.
