Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas shared laughs and playful disagreements at the 2026 Golden Globes red carpet, showing that even celebrity couples don’t always see eye-to-eye at home.
When speaking with E! Live from the red carpet on January 11, the duo discussed their viewing habits and guilty pleasures. Nick Jonas, 33, said their home has no restrictions. “Everything’s fair game. You can watch whatever you like,” he said.
Chopra, 43, added with a laugh, “No, we can watch whatever you like. I watch mine on my iPad.” She revealed she’s been trying to catch up on the reality series Love Island, though Jonas admitted he only tunes in occasionally, watching “over her shoulder.”
The couple, married since 2018 and parents to 3-year-old daughter Malti Marie, also discussed recent film and TV favorites. Chopra said she would be cheering for The Pitt, while Jonas mentioned that they recently watched Marty Supreme together and loved it, noting how much it would be great to see Timothée Chalamet win.
Chopra reflected on the excitement of attending high-profile events like the Golden Globes. “It’s really wonderful to meet peers and colleagues that you have watched through the year and that you admire,” she said. She praised Robin Wright, saying it was inspiring to meet her after watching her show. “We’re artists, and all artists really want is to be acknowledged. Meeting people you admire keeps you inspired,” Chopra added.
For the couple, attending the awards is made more enjoyable when it doubles as a date night. Chopra explained that performing on stage in front of thousands could be nerve-wracking, but “when we’re together, it’s fun.” She joined Lalisa Manobal in presenting the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Drama, which went to Noah Wyle for his role in The Pitt.
Looking ahead, Chopra has several projects coming up, including The Bluff, set to premiere on Prime Video on February 25. Jonas is appearing in Power Ballad, releasing in theaters on June 5, and will return for Jumanji 3, scheduled for December 11.
The playful red carpet banter highlighted the couple’s lighthearted dynamic, showing fans that even Hollywood’s A-listers have everyday disagreements about shows and guilty pleasures. Their chemistry, humor, and shared love for entertainment made them one of the most engaging couples on the 2026 Golden Globes red carpet.
