OES Equipment, a national construction equipment and supply company and a family company of DPR Construction, is expanding into Massachusetts with its first in-state facility at 11 Otis Street in Westborough. The new location marks a strategic move as the company grows in key construction markets.
The Westborough branch will support large-scale and complex building projects by providing builders with direct access to equipment rentals, consumable products, site services, and construction materials. The company states that its services optimize the supply chain to meet the commercial, logistical, and technical requirements of demanding projects.
The 19,853-square-foot facility combines office space with warehouse operations. Most of the space is dedicated to material storage and distribution, enabling contractors to quickly retrieve supplies and minimize downtime on active job sites.
Shawn Gageby, Northeast Regional Leader of OES Equipment, said the Westborough location reflects the company’s focus on contractor needs and regional demand. “This expansion reflects our dedication to supporting builders where they work. We’re excited to bring our expertise and service to Westborough and continue being the partner contractors rely on for success,” he said.
The new facility aligns with ongoing construction growth across Central Massachusetts, where commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects drive demand for reliable equipment and supply partners. By establishing a local hub, OES Equipment aims to improve supply chain efficiency and provide hands-on support to contractors in the region.
As a DPR Construction family company, OES Equipment leverages the broader organization’s national reach and project experience. The Westborough facility will act as both a regional service center and a logistical link to larger construction networks.
While the company has not announced an official opening date, it confirmed that the location will be operational soon, further expanding its Northeast footprint and reinforcing its long-term commitment to Massachusetts’ construction market.
